Reminders (Supplier Portal)

Reminders can be used to send a notification to suppliers when documents are due for renewal. Three settings are available:

First reminder (days in advance of expiry)

This settings determines how far in advance of the expiry the reminder is sent. For example, if you wanted to send a reminder 30 days before the end date, you would set this value to "30".

Days between follow-up reminders

This setting determines the interval between reminders. For example, if you wanted to send a weekly reminder, you would set this value to "7".

Send Reminders Only When

This setting allows conditional reminders. For example, you might only want to send reminders to suppliers in a particular category, or suppliers above a particular spend. For more information, see Rules.
